Apply generously over Curl Cult LIBERATE step two neutralizing treatment to ensure even saturation (DO NOT RINSE FIRST).
Process for 10 minutes.
Remove rods, reapply Curl Cult REGENERATE step two neutralizing treatment and process for 2 more minutes.
Rinse and condition with Curl Cult REVIVE hydrating conditioner.
DO NOT SHAMPOO.
Use Curl Cult MAGIC SPELL conditioning leave-in to rebalance and detangle.
