Kelly Herron Skincare Sales Consultant for the Northwest Washington territory.
Consultant_Kelly HerronWhat did you do before this?
My outside sales career started with a college textbook publishing company. I was a sales representative for math and science textbooks at twelve universities in the Pacific Northwest territory and Alaska. Training and Education are very important to me and this was a way to expand on that passion.
What did you do before that?
I have a wealth of retail experience, primarily in the health and beauty industry. I have worked with several cosmetics companies in both department store and boutique locations.
How long have you been in the industry?
Since 2002, I started at an Origins store in Columbus Ohio.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is having the opportunity to educate on the truths of skin health. There is so much misinformation in the marketplace that I feel honored to represent such a reputable brand as Dermalogica. I believe that skin therapists truly change the way people feel about themselves, and I know Dermalogica is a brand that supports them and their mission to change skin with products that yield results. I love being a part of that mission.
If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
My education is in Organizational Training and Development so if I was not in sales, I would definitely be working with companies to improve organizational efficiency and, as Salon Services would say, "encourage personal mastery."

How long have you been in the industry?
Since 1983. I attended Don’s Beauty School in San Mateo, CA and graduated in 1983, I continued to working professionally behind the chair until 1990. Once I moved overseas I grew and maintained a small home base clientele for 12 years until I relocated back to the States in mid 2002, it wasn’t until early 2004 I excepted my current position at Salon Services as a Business Consultant where I can now utilize both my hair skills and Business knowledge to best support all my clients in reaching their goals.

Elizabeth Jentzsch, Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens and Monroe, WA territory.
Consultant Elizabeth JentzschWhat did you do before this?

I am a licensed cosmetologist but never really got into doing hair. I loved the sales and product part of being a stylist and knew I wanted to work with people. I went on to manage a showroom for a competitive distributor, but I missed the creative and artistic aspect of the fashion world and decided to go to work in cosmetics. I worked many of the top cosmetic lines for both Macy’s and Nordstrom for many years. Eventually I became a freelance make-up artist and did sales for Juicy Couture.
How long have you been in the industry?
I have been in the industry since around 1995. There is no other industry I would rather be in.
How does your past experience benefit your clients?
I bring the knowledge of being a stylist and artist as well as a long background of sales. My passion for this industry shows through with my excitement and enthusiasm. I pride myself on consistency and dependability.
