To best serve you we have a team of Sales Consultants, Business Consultants, Showroom Coordinators, Showroom Assistants and Customer Care Associates to assist in various aspects of your business. Below, learn a bit more about these roles and the individuals who make up our Sales Team!
Our Sales Consultants enter into your salon with a full understanding of how Salon Services and each of the manufacturers we represent can best assist you, your team, and your salon achieve growth through 4 core objectives:
• Increasing retail sales
• Increasing Service Sales
• Increasing the amount of new clients
• Increasing current client retention
Sales Consultant's start a journey through our Salon Services Way Training Program from day 1 of employment. By the completion of their training they will be fully trained in understanding a salons needs, how to work with each unique salon and discover each salons different needs, and how to deliver quality solutions as they are brought forward. Sale Consultant's have several tools at their disposal such as a 90-day business planner, product knowledge, and various in salon classes to help assist and guide you, your team, and your salon on a path of success.
A dedicated Salon Services employee of over 14 years, Tami manages our Western Washington Sales Team. With an extensive customer service background and absolute love of products, Tami enjoys talking about what she loves all day long with stylists and salon owners. An inspiration to us all, Tami strives to make a difference in the lives of her clients each and every day.
Allison is a Sales Consultant for our Western Montana territory. She is a graduate of the University of Montana with a degree in Business Marketing. Her experience with logistics sales and passion for the beauty industry makes her a great addition to the Salon Services sales force.
A Regional Sales Manager for our Oregon & Utah territories, Tiffiny manages a team of eleven sales consultants spanning our haircare and skincare division. Previously employed by a competitor and for Johnson & Johnson in medical sales, Tiffiny began her career with Salon Services as a Showroom Coordinator over six years ago. In her free time she enjoys softball, writing, politics and spending time with her husband and two dogs, “Peter” and “Mr. Fancy Pants.”
Serving the Spokane, WA market, Christy has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. Her previous experience working in the insurance industry and then for Nordstrom has helped her to appreciate her current position with Salon Services, she explains “I genuinely care about the success of each and every one of my customers. There are very few industries that are able to do what we do- help others feel good about themselves!”
Jennifer has an extensive background in sales and event promotion as well as expertise in customer service, account management and business development. A consultant for our East Portland, Beaverton and Salem, OR markets, Jenn is an inspiration to us all with her zest for life and natural charisma.
Sales Consultant for the Portland, OR market, Julie has been in the industry since 1983 working behind the chair in California as well as London, England! With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of North London, Julie enjoys utilizing her cosmetology experience and business knowledge to help her clients reach new heights of success.
Previously our Brocato/Kadus Brand Manager, Kristy now serves as our downtown Seattle Sales Consultant. Before moving to Seattle, Kristy spent time in Texas working for another distributor and also gained experience as a restaurant manager. She loves her new home in Seattle, but will always be a country girl at heart!
Robert has spent over 25 years in the beauty industry, specializing in business and promotional development and education. A Sales Consultant for North Seattle, Robert enjoys the fast paced nature of the industry and the unique qualities in each of his salon clients.
An industry veteran with 10 years experience, Tami comes to Salon Services with a flair for fashion, fragrance and fun! She is thankful for the opportunity to share quality products with her clients and enjoys helping them achieve success. Her favorite products include Kevin.Murphy Easy.Rider and Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray. Future plans may include opening a salon with her two daughters!
Sales Consultant for Central & Eastern Washington, Vickie joined Salon Services after working for Nordstrom for ten years. With a passion for cosmetics and beauty, Vickie works in both the haircare and skin division, developing relationships and helping stylists and salon owners grow their business.
This is our premium tier of Consultant at Salon Services. Once your Consultant has reached the title of Business Consultant you can know that they have dedicated many hours to perfecting their support of their salons and team at Salon Services. All of our Business Consultants have been trained and certified in the Salon Services Way Training Program as well as attending each of our vendors rigorous bootcamps to become certified in each and every one of them. Our Business Consultants are the epitomy of what we at Salon Services look for in a valuable employee and have completed a full days training on what Salon Services expects in terms of behaviours and attitudes that meet our cultural expectations. Through this training, they have also been designated to mentor at least one of our up and coming Sales Consultants to lead them on the path of becoming a Business Consultant with the proper attitudes, beliefs, and actions. Business Consultants have a vast array of in salon classes they offer to existing salons as well as Networking groups established within their markets to create a hub of success for their stylists and salon owners. They are able to fully assist and implement thorugh a thourghorogh understanding of your salon from the front of the house to the back, a 90-day business planner that includes promotional offers, education, and marketing. Outside of what they are offered from Salon Services, all our Business Consultants maintain personal growth journeys thorugh their own dedication to learning and advancing that add to the repituar they can offer to you and your team.
With previous experience in the retail and the travel industry, April serves our Eugene, OR territory in the haircare division. With an upbeat and “glass half full” outlook on life, April is eager to share her passion for beauty with her clients.
