Graphic Specialist

The Graphic Specialist is responsible for the company's image, publications and sales materials.

Including:

• Designing bi-monthly magazine, The Viewpoint
• Designing sales intro sheets
• Designing bi-monthly showroom signage and special event signage
• Coordinating company's printed materials: invoices, envelopes and business cards
• Managing website imagery
• Gathering and coordinating image files from our vendors
• Vendor imagery disks for clients
• Creating client presentation kits
• Working with Marketing Specialist to design weekly promotional emails
• Designing semi-annual accessory catalog
• Assists in monthly organization of field sales tool box
• Designing and printing flyers, event materials and all other copy requests by sales team
• Working with education department to create and update event flyers, invites and calendars
• Designing direct mail pieces
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• A 2 or 4-year degree in design
• 1-3 years of design experience
• Ability to take initiative, self-motivated and can work independently
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating and developing email campaigns
• Mac OS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
• Experience in the beauty or retail industry a plus

Our brand-specific education opportunities are Independent Contractor Agreements between Salon Services and licensed salon professionals. Issuance of a contract is not a job offer but an opportunity to work as a brand-specific Salon Services educator as needed.

Youngblood Independent Contract Educators

Qualifications include:
Proficiency in Youngblood product and application knowledge. Work in a salon that carries the entire Youngblood line. Be a licensed with at least 3 years in-salon experience. Poises, professional and comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Ability to present ideas, concepts and product knowledge in a passionate, enthusiastic and effective manner.
