After several years of traveling the world for Davines, I landed in Seattle to present to Salon Services one of our most complex line, Natural Tech scalp treatment. After few minutes, everybody involved at S.S. was ready to back me up, the clients were received in a regal manner, the set up was perfect and the message that I was ready to share for the following two days was immediately understood and supported by the Team. Since that day of June 2004 I went back to see Sydney and George several times, we grew a closer and stronger relationship and has been a nice and smooth ride. During my employee orientation, Kathy Combs said that Salon Services & Supplies wasn't a product sales company, they were an education company who also happen to sell fantastic salon and spa products. I'll go her one further and suggest to you that Salon Services & Supplies is a dream incubator. All of the ways in which it is designed and philosophically managed point each individual to identifying their dreams, overcoming obstacles and getting out there to make it happen. Wouldn't be "me" today without this company, and I know that there are many other "mes" out there. Cheers to 30, and best wishes for the next 30 - and thank you, George and Syd!
