Salon Services & Supplies was founded more than 28 years ago by stylists and salon industry professionals with the goal of creating more than just a distributorship-but an industry resource to facilitate opportunities and strengthen industry standards. Salon Services is dedicated to the growth of the professional beauty industry, from manufacturers to salons and spas, to consumer awareness.

Giving back
Salon Services believes it is important to give back to the communities that support our success. Each year different groups are selected to receive support from us, such as Lifelong Aids Alliance, City of Hope, Rose House, local women's shelters, Susan G. Komen Foundation and Childhaven.

In addition, we often support our clients' philanthropic causes by becoming involved with gift baskets, donations and fundraiser hosting.

We also work with Eufora Friends, a philanthropic program created by Eufora International, manufacturer of Eufora natural haircare products. The program's objective is to mobilize Eufora's extensive salon network to help make a difference in their communities. Eufora Friends has pledged a yearlong commitment to Childhelp through 2009.

Childhelp is a leading national non-profit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect, as well as at-risk children. Childhelp's approach focuses on advocacy, prevention, treatment and community outreach. Childhelp's programs and services also include residential treatment services, children's advocacy centers, therapeutic foster care, group homes, child abuse prevention, education and training.
