Salon Services' Return Policy

 Our commitment to you:

  • To deliver quality products in a timely manner
  • Ensure products arrive in excellent condition
  • Reconcile errors quickly
  • Deliver untampered and sanitary products

To help us fulfill our commitment, customers are asked to please follow the guidelines below when checking in your orders:

  • Unpack your order immediately upon receipt
  • Designate a person to check in and price products
  • Check what you received against the invoice
  • Notify us within 48 hours if you find discrepancies or damaged products


If a return is needed, please note our policy for returns:

NO CASH REFUNDS
1. Returns must be made to the original location where purchased either by you or by your Consultant.

2. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

3. All returned products must be received in resalable(like new) condition. Resalable products must be free from price tags, stickers, glue, dents, scratches and other marks.

4. No returns are accepted on discontinued products or old packaging.

5. Returns received by Salon Services within 60 days of the invoice date and accompanied by the invoice or invoice number will be assessed a 5% restocking fee. If the return is received within the 60 day period and is not accompanied by an invoice number, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns after 60 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Returns over 180 days will not be accepted (for electronic devices please refer to the section below).

6. Product returns that were purchased as part of an “intro” will be credited to reflect the actual cost savings. Promotional items or free goods cannot be returned and will not be credited.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Cosmetics & Skin Care
Due to our quality standards regarding sanitation, we will not accept any cosmetic or skin care product returns unless the product is damaged, defective or causes an allergic reaction. This includes but not limited to: Youngblood, Dermalogica, Lano, LiLash, Instantly Ageless, Fake Bake, Tan Towels, Spornette

Electronic Devices & Tools
The original receipt is required for all electronic device and tool returns to be processed. Defective electronic devices will be accepted for exchange or credited to your account within 1 year of purchase date. After 1 year please refer to manufacturer warranty services.
ANSR Products: Due to sanitation reasons, all ANSR: Halo and Sole returns must be returned directly to the manufacture. ANSR: Beam may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Miscellaneous
Accessories, Apparel, and Jewelry are final sale and not returnable.
