A Fight to the Festivest!
For fashion lovers and holiday lovers alike, one of the best parts of the holidays is the gorgeous, often outlandish window displays showcased by high end boutiques and department stores. Holiday merchandising has risen to a high art in its own right.
We’d like to see you get in on that! How does your salon or spa decorate for the holiday? Chic? Crazy? Avant Garde? To inspire you to pump it up this holiday Salon Services has decided to host a merchandising contest – a Fight to the Festivest, if you will. With an actual prize!
All you have to do is send us a photo of your very best holiday merchandising display or salon décor and Salon Services dedicated staff will pick the TWO very best entries.
The prize is a white Davines metal Apothecary Cabinet that can be utilized to merchandise any line, not just Davines. The value of this prize if $120! Below are the nitty gritty details:

Contest open to all Salon Services client. Multiple entries are encouraged.

CLEAR GLASS ORNAMENT DISPLAY
Supplies:
12 Clear Glass Holiday Ornament
12 Liquid Products (In this case, Davines Finest Pigments Line)
Plastic Thread (Also known as fishing line) or Ornament Hangers
12 Magnetic Clothing Pins
1 Metal Apothecary Shelf / Curio Display
Paper
Remove the mental top of the ornament, and fill about ½ full with product. Swirl product around to coat the sides.

Replace the metal top of the ornament.

Tie a loop of plastic thread to hang the ornament from the Magnetic Clothing Pin. You can also use ornament hangers.

Clip Magnetic Clothing Pin onto the loop and affix magnet to the top of the cabinet.

Repeat until you have all 12 slots full.

Use paper to print out labels for the products so your clients can see the names of their favorite shades.

Complete the look by merchandising around your display
with products from the same line.

Variations:
Don’t have a Metal Apothecary Shelf? Not to worry, you can easily create the same effect by holding the ornaments to the bottom of a wooden shelf with thumbtacks or tastefully taping them onto glass shelves… OR YOU CAN
